Conspiracy theories have become an increasingly common problem in the United States. From the QAnon movement to misinformation about Covid-19 vaccines, many Americans have accepted ideas that are not supported by science or facts.
We’re interested in speaking to people who once believed in conspiracy theories and other types of misinformation, but have since reconsidered their views, as well as people who currently hold that view. If you, a friend or family member believe or ever believed in a conspiracy theory, were part of the QAnon movement, or joined an online community that shared misinformation, we’d love to hear from you.
Your experiences will help us understand conspiracy theories in the United States and how they spread and find new members. If you share your contact details, we may contact you to learn more about your experience.
We will not publish your name with your submission without your permission.
