Adele revealed that she lost her first disc to aggressive sneezing at age 15 – and it was in the same way that subsequent discs “blew out” as well.
She lamented that by the time she had a C-section, her core had become “useless”.
“I’ve been in pain with [it] for about half my life, actually,” the singer told The Face.
“It flares up, normally from stress or stupid attitude.”
